The Tampa Bay area is still showing a good sign of recovery.

This is usually the busier time of year, however with the decrease of listings entering the market it is quite encouraging.

Average list price is $344,100 with and average of 2,035 sf of living area. The pending percentage is 29.9%. Housing numbers continue to look better. I'm starting to see offers at or slightly above asking on some foreclosure listings, as not to lose the property to a higher bidder.

Shrinking inventory is a great sign for sellers. Buyers should get in there and make an offer before they lose out.
