5/29/2009 - 18,549 Active Listings and 5,462 Pending
As of 5/29/2009, 20,192 have sold in the past 12 months with an average sale price of $201,725 and 103 days on the market.
4/16/2009 - 19,936 Active Listings and 4,636 Pending
4/16/09 – 19,804 sold over the past 12 months with an average sale price of $210,382 and 102 days on market.
Looking at a typical 3 bedroom, 2 bath home between 1,200 - 2,100 sf in Pinellas County over the past 90 days:
