Please post any of your suggestions of alternative information you would like to see on this blog and I will do my best to pull and analyze it for you. I seem to get a high request volume for the Palm Harbor area, so I will start analyzing listing and sale information more often.

Tampa Bay Listings Update

Over the last 90 days there have been 11,738 listings entering the market of which 2,145 are distress vs the same period last year of 14,319 listings with 3,595 of which were distress. Slightly higher than the July reading, but still better than last year.

Sales volume over the past 90 days vs last year is 6,329 vs 5,369.

At current inventory levels, we have just under 8 months worth. We continue the decline in housing inventory.
