Here are the most recent numbers! Very encouraging, the 30 average is too affected by varied sale prices to be meaningful. The 90 day average is much stronger. 

Total Listings in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Combined are as follows: 24,318 active listings plus 3,239 pendings and 18,193 sold 12 months ending 07/03/2008. Average sales price/Days on Market is $265,667/102. The prior 12 month period was 23,762 with an average sales price of $287,596/78 days.

Of the 24,318 active listings, 8,101 are vacant and 3,503 are in some type of foreclosure stage.

In the most recent 30 days there has been 1,826 sold with an average sale price of $238,569/106 and for the previous 90 days 5,235 sales and an average sale price of $255,456/105
