As of May 15, 2010, we have 5,879 listings of single family homes in Multiple Listing Service with 2,363 pending contracts. There were 8,114 sold listings with a median sale price of $141,000, $99.95 per sf with 1,452 sf built in 1965 and was on the market for 49 days. That is for the entire year, but lets look at the last 90 days to compare the two: of the 2,079 sales of single family homes, the median sale price is $140,000, $98.53 with 1,473 sf built in 1965 and on the market for 47 days. A slight decrease in values for Pinellas County.

Same period one year ago we had 1,767 sold with a median sale price of $145,000, $101.02 per sf, with 1,480 sf built in 1965 and 69 days on the market.
