Here are the most recent numbers!

Total Listings in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Combined are as follows: 24,312 active listings plus 3,188 pending and 18,151 sold 12 months ending 06/30/2008. Average sales price/Days on Market are $266,045/102. The prior 12 month period was 24,093 with an average sales price of $288,017/77 days.

Of the 24,312 active listings, 8,112 are vacant and 3,487 are in some type of foreclosure stage.

In the most recent 30 days there has been 1,780 sold with an average sale price of $236,808/106 and for the previous 90 days 5,180 sales and an average sale price of $253,953/104.
