As of June 30th, home sales in the Tampa Bay area continue to improve. Very few communities are sliding. 

Total Listings in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Combined are as follows for single family homes as listed in MLS:

6/30/2009 - 17,813 Active listings, that is a 4% decrease. Pending sales total 5,710.  

Looking at a typical 3 bedroom, 2 bath home between 1,200 - 2,100 sf in Pinellas County over the past 90 days:

412 sales @ an avg. $177,710/$111.89 per sf 98 DOM & a med. of $165,000/$105.90 per sf 60 DOM
