Looks like listing inventory is starting to nudge down! The following is total inventory of Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties in Florida. Of these properties, 16,022 are vacant. That's almost 39%. This is also a number I would like to see come down. As an appraiser, I have noticed a pick up in activity over the past three months. I feel we are getting in to more of a typical cyclical housing market as it was pre 2000's. I expect values to continue leveling off throughout the year. If you are in the market to buy a primary or vacation home, I think think this is the time to jump in.
