This week I want to start breaking up the numbers a little more between single family homes and condominiums. The first group below is all listings. I'm going to start excluding manufactured housing as it represents a very small overall percentage. The second group is single family homes and the third will be condminiums.

I would like to get some idea what everyone would like to see posted on my website/blog.

Would you like to see indepth statistics on year over year sales, amount of total listings, vacancy ratios, etc.

Please, post a comment. I would enjoy hearing everyones thoughts on this.
