Listing Inventory

Over the last 90 days, there have been 10,993 listings entering the market. The same period last year, there were 14,172. That is a nice drop in inventory.

At current inventory levels, we have 10 months worth. That is a sharp decline over the 18 months inventory we had last year.

On the condominium side of things, we are finally seeing a significant increase in buyer traffic. I'll take a more in depth look at that next time!
